Enfin, si jusque-l\u00e0 votre b\u00e9b\u00e9 s\u2019endormait de plusieurs fa\u00e7ons possibles, il commence aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 ancrer et conscientiser son <strong>habitude d\u2019endormissement et de r\u00e9-endormissement<\/strong> favorite (<strong>t\u00e9t\u00e9e, bercement, t\u00e9tine, biberon<\/strong>&#8230;). Je vous conseille de rassurer votre b\u00e9b\u00e9, lui expliquer \u00e0 quel point vous l\u2019aimez, lui dire quand vous revenez en cas de d\u00e9part etc. Vous pouvez aussi l\u2019aider \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir le concept de permanence de l\u2019objet, par exemple en faisant des jeux de \u201cCach\u00e9 ! Coucou !\u201d ou en continuant de lui parler alors que vous \u00eates dans la pi\u00e8ce d\u2019\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9. Par exemple, si on identifie que L\u00e9o commence \u00e0 se mettre debout dans son lit au coucher mais sans r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0redescendre seul\u00a0\u00bb, on va l&rsquo;amener \u00e0 pratiquer ce mouvement le jour afin qu&rsquo;il soit de plus en plus \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise. Ou encore, s&rsquo;il est entr\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e8che r\u00e9cemment, il serait bon de lui expliquer le pourquoi, d&rsquo;\u00e9ventuellement introduire un <strong>doudou<\/strong>, de dialoguer avec le personnel de cr\u00e8che pour s&rsquo;accorder sur le rythme et les habitudes de L\u00e9o etc.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il serait aussi int\u00e9ressant de regarder si sa <strong>routine de soir\u00e9e<\/strong>, son <strong>rituel de coucher<\/strong> et son <strong>rythme<\/strong> en journ\u00e9e sont toujours adapt\u00e9s. Certes il ne faut pas tout chambouler, mais peut-\u00eatre que quelques ajustements pourraient aider. Je conseillerais ainsi \u00e0 ses parents d\u2019\u00e9viter de rajouter une <strong>b\u00e9quille d\u2019endormissement<\/strong> comme par exemple <strong>l&rsquo;endormir dans les bras<\/strong>, s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;en avait pas besoin auparavant. Sauf si eux comme lui en ont besoin dans cette phase transitoire.
